Minimum Lead Time and Weekends
Hello!
I was wondering if anyone could assist me with an issue I am having with Microsoft Bookings.
I work in Technical Services giving out equipment to users and we are looking at using Microsoft Bookings to book users in for device collections.
The problem is we need 3 days notice, 1 day to confirm the booking and the other 2 to setup the device. I have put a minimum lead time of 72 hours but for some reason today (Thursday) I am able to book in for Monday. This only leaves Friday to approve and setup the devices which is not long enough.
It obviously seems that it is including the weekend in my lead time even though I have set Saturday and Sunday as un-bookable.
I have attached some screenshots of the settings I have used.
Any help would be appreciated.
- Elizabeth2323Brass ContributorHi - did you get this figured out? I am running into something similar. We only do appointments M-F, but they can be scheduled on the weekends. I would like the lead time to be business days, not calendar days. I don't see that option though.
