Microsoft Bookings sending out old details in reminders to customers ? How to fix?
Microsoft Bookings used for advising has been updated with a new reoccurring zoom link as of the evening of 10/30. Confirmation details and reminder details all have the new zoom link. Appointments that were booked before this date are getting reminder emails 1 day before and 2 hours before with the old zoom link. To minimize confusion, I removed reminders but bookings are still receiving reminders with the old zoom link. How can we make sure changes made (New Zoom Link) in bookings are reflected in email confirmations and reminders for all bookings?
julian_IT408 Appointment reminders are based on the snapshot details available at the time of appointment creation. Any change to the service config post the appointment creation won't be applied for existing appointments.
