Microsoft Bookings Question
I am trying to create a computer check out bookings site for our computer carts where I work. I want to make the bookings public so teachers can see when particular computers are available. I also want to make each "appointment" be able to occur at the same time as other "appointments". For example, computers 1-10 from cart A are one "appointment" and computers 1-10 from Cart B are a separate "appointment". I want them to be able to be available at the same time, but can't figure it out.

Use resource calendars for that purpose, not Bookings. In my opinion, you’re adding layers of complexity for nothing by trying to implement Bookings for this purpose.
