Microsoft Bookings Calendar Appears Blank in Admit Panel
I would like to report an issue regarding Microsoft Bookings. In Malta we have been using Bookings to conduct an online Parents' Day in our school for a number of years without problems. This year we are experiencing a problem as follows:
When you log in to Bookings as an administrator and click on the Calendar the calendar appears empty even though there are many bookings in place. In fact when you Export the calendar you can see the bookings. This issue is preventing us from managing bookings. Here is a screenshot showing an empty calendar.
Also, I am receiving some reports from Staff of double bookings on the same time slot. Usually time slots are blocked out when a Customer makes a booking. It is as if the calendar is not loading correctly.
As you can imagine this is causing a big problem for schools who hold online Parents' Day using Microsoft Bookings.
Would it be possible to check regarding this issue?
I already found an other thread online of someone experiencing this very same issue. This was posted by Mark Rovet on March 21, 2024 and it is called Bookings Calendar is not Loading.
