Microsoft Bookings accept or decline by administrator? Is it possible?

Hey all =]

I'm currently creating a booking system for our studios and Microsoft bookings is perfect other than the fact that we need a middle step of accepting or declining the booking before it is confirmed to the user.

Can anyone help with how I may be able to do this?
