Microsoft Bookings - Guest Staff

Hello, 

When we have several guest staff members on Microsoft Bookings. When a customer books an appointment with them, the system doesn't send the staff member or customer with a Microsoft Teams link? How do I get around this? 

When a staff member who is a viewer gets picked, the teams link works?
