Microsoft Bookings - Default Availability

Help needed - 

I am setting up a service within my booking page and trying to customise 'availability' to certain dates. I have turned default scheduling toggle off and set the customised availability and clicked save. However it doesn't reflect in the booking page. Instead it shows availability for the default 14 day window and this extends out each new day (e.g. today it shows +14 and then tomorrow it will show +14). Please help 🙂
