Microsoft Bookings - creating new sessions when at capacity
I have a Microsoft bookings event which is set at maximum 20 people capacity. When it reaches capacity, instead of closing bookings it creates a new event (a duplicate). Does anyone know how to stop ...

JudithBrandrick No we didn't find a fix, are going to switch booking systems in all likelihood
- hi @charlotefl just a query/theory we are testing at the moment - do you have more than 1 staff member assigned to the booking? I'm wondering if it's working on a maximum number per staff member rather than event?
- we have 3-4 staff assigned to the booking
