Microsoft Booking: Maximum number of staff in drop-down (30?)

When we used Bookings last year for Parents' Evenings, we had to split the services as bookings wouldn't allow for more than 30 teachers in the drop-down. I am just about to start setting up a large parents' evening again with more than 20 staff. Any solutions or work-around?
