Meeting Types not showing

I have setup my booking page and added 4 public meeting types, when I go to the Bookings with me page the first time it shows all meeting types but on refresh it only shows one.   Also when colleagues have tried to use the booking page they are also only seeing a single booking type.

    I have a staff member experiencing a similar problem he has about 8 meeting types. Only one of which is showing up when you click his link to my bookings. Through other forums I've looked at it seems Microsoft has not helped/resolved this problem yet.
