Meeting conflict

Hello,

my customers book meetings with conflicts, what the problem?

I already have a meeting from 09:30-10:30.

They are able to book 09:00, 10:00, 10:30, 11:00

  • SteffenHNWthank you for reporting this. Is the 09:30 - 10:30 meeting on your Outlook calendar or this is another booking created via Bookings? If it's the former, can you please go to Staff -> Your name -> Edit staff and confirm Events on Office calendar affect availability is checked? 

     

    Also note that if you have more than one staff assigned to the service, a slot will show up if any one of them is free. You can choose the staff under Assign staff when editing a service.

      The 09:30-10:30 meeting is created in outlook as normal meeting/date.
      Events on Office calendar affect availability is checked.
      Tested with service time 1h and 2h. But can book at 10:00.
      Even if there is only one staff assigned to the service, I have this problem.

      I made some other tests.. it seems the problem occurs only on one of our staff-members..
      Events on Office calendar affect availability is checked.
      It's working with all other staff members.. but not for one.
      Is there anything in Outlook or Exchange that could have a wrong configuration for this user?
