Maximum lead time (and weekends)

One of our team members has created service where she does not want anyone to be able to book time farther than 1 day out but Friday every week presents a challenge. Bookings will not show Monday availability when Friday is full - as it is setup to show max lead time of 1 day. 

 

How can we make that work so that when Friday is full, people can see Monday instead as next available day (and ignore weekends or not count them for lead time). Is that even possible.
