Is there a setting to be notified or see forwarded attendants?

My team is running into an issue where a Booking is being forwarded to a bunch of individuals and we have no oversight into who is in attendance until the meeting has occurred. There are instances where we expect one or two individuals but 10+ show up. Is there a capability to notify when it has been booked and to who or to just include them in the invite?
