Inconsistent Bookings confirmation emails to business

Hi, not sure if this is a wider issue but we've noticed the booking confirmation emails received by our business email address are coming through in different formats. The bookings emails with the newer format are not syncing with the outlook calendars so nothing is being booked in outlook, does anyone know what might be causing this please?
