How to possible to limit the number of bookings for a client?

Hi, I would like to know if it is possible to limit the number of bookings for a client, by its email or its domain.

 

for i.e.

The client, Andy, can only book 4 slots on my reservation book. If he tries to book the 5th one, using the same email or domain, it will be automatically blocked or unavailable.

    This is a vital feature particularly for the scenario where the service should be allowed to be booked only once for a period of time. If we parameterize it will be the "max count of bookings allowed per customer" for a particular "period of time". Even a simple google forms have this feature. Hope Microsoft associates and team adds this feature as soon as possible instead of its customary lethargic "I don't care" mode!
