How to avoid using one's own calendar in Bookings

Hi there,

In our organisation, MS Bookings is typically used for having colleagues book things that are not in the calendar of the person that manages the booking requests. After all, had that been the case, she would of course use the Outlook calendar.

But now, all booking requests end up as appointments in the manager's calendar. That's not what you want. But how can one avoid that?
