How do Team Members set their availability
When creating a Shared Bookings Page, how do I have team members set their own availability?
With the amount of team member I need, it isn't possible to have a person set to update availability, since our staff's availability changes weekly.
On Microsoft's Staff Roles page it states that Team Members "Can manage bookings on their own calendar and their availability in the booking mailbox." How do they get to the booking mailbox to manage their availability?
hello,
maybe try this,
if the staff have a "member of team" role, then click "manage staff" or "add staff" (which is under the staffer name), then you can unclick the "use business hours" and then set your own avalability.

Interested because Bookings has been recently added to the non-profit org I am part of, and I am the Admin for this service.
We set up 3 services that are publicly available for booking; thing is, we are not a company with employees, but a simple non-profit with volunteers.
Which means, staff's availability can be very limited and subject to variations, cause we're not talking working hours. When I asked one of the staff members to go in and define their availability, they could only do it on a recuring weekly basis, which in our case, does not serve the purpose.
Considering the integration between Bookings and calendar, it would be nice if staff members could define availability directly in their calendar, like you do with, for example, Focus time.
This would be also very beneficial for companies that have consultants, for example. Some would just prefer to give spot availability, rather than making all their free time available.
Is this somehow doable or do we have to just hope this will be implemented as a feature?

Thank you JoKe! It turns out the issue was on my end. The coworker helping me test bookings never accepted the invite to the shared bookings page. I assumed he had, since I could sign up for services with him. Once he accepted, he was able to go in and change his settings. Your instructions were correct once he accepted and got into the system.
