Getting Service from N:N to N:1 (multi-staff : one customer)
We have an existing N:N service that we want to switch to N:1 but can't find a way to do so. The reason we want N:1 is the customer name is in the meeting invite when it's limited to one customer.
In the service that I just created, I chose two staff who must be available and left the "Attendees" to 1. This created an N:1 service. It seems that once a service is set to two or more attendees (N:N), there's no later way to go back to N:1. Or am I missing something?
- ColoronaCopper ContributorYou can't directly change the service, but on the services-page you can press copy next to the service's name and then change the copied service to N:1.
