Future Dates for Booking appointment

I am unable to set up a booking for a future date range.

 

I go to the bookings

> Availability Options

>+ "Set different availability for date Range"

> Set the date range to what I want

> Save changes

 

The date range is not applied to the booking service.  I can schedule outside of the date range selected!  What am I doing wrong what else needs to be changed?
