Form URL not working in Virtual Appointments

Created a new form, selected Collect Responses---selected anyone can reply.  Grabbed that URL and tested it over various computers, in emails--it works.

when I paste that form URL in the Virtual Appointments Add Form setting as an admin--it states the URL was not valid.
