Fake bookings

Since Microsoft Bookings accepts any crap input as phone number or e-mail address, I get lots of fake bookings which then cause my employees to do preparation work that leads to waste in money and time. This is critical! I need a way for new cumstomers to be forced to validate both mobile numbers and email addresses by sending a code they have to enter or a similar mechanism. Currently bookings is very unsafe. When will you provide serious and safe e-mail and phone number validation???
