Error Message: email address is incompatible

Hi All,

We use Bookings on our public website for folks to book time with an employee.  We've recently found out that out clients with Canadian email accounts are receiving an error message when attempting to book, saying that their email isn't compatible.  Anyone seen this or know a way around it?
