Edit a Bookings, appointment, new teacher does not gain rights to host TEAMS meeting

Hi All. We use Bookings through Office 365 to organize our Parent-Teacher interviews.

Background: Some parents choose the wrong teacher to have a meeting with. Our admin team (with appropriate privileges) make changes to ensure the right teacher gets the parent meeting.

This month we noticed that when we make changes (edit the appointment in the main Bookings calendar) -remove the parent choice and add the correct teacher - the new teacher choice does not gain access to host the TEAMs meeting. We have had parents lost in wait rooms. 

I require a phone number so our staff can follow up.

Any ideas what we need to do to ensure the NEW teacher gains rights to host the new meeting?

I can delete the whole meeting with the teacher choice error, but it seems like we should be able to change the teacher and the NEW teacher be able to host the TEAMs meeting.

Any help is appreciated.
