Duplicate scheduling problems

I have a booking page in microsoft bookings where I have several services. I have it configured like this: I have 5 services in the booking calendar and a pool of available teachers. A customer can book any of the available services and randomly chooses the available teacher. When a customer books for example the Monday 10:00 a.m. slot in service #1, he does so without any problem by choosing teacher #1. As these slots are assigned, another customer chooses service #2 for the same Monday at 10:00 a.m. and the system assigns the same teacher #1 in the same slot. This leaves two appointments with the two services for the same day. Has anyone had something similar happen to you? How can I fix it?

  • Hi SaulReyes25, this should not happen ideally. Is the teacher #1 added as a guest on this calendar/bookings mailbox ? Can you share your Bookings page with me over DM ? 

    Also, did this start to behave this way recently or have you experienced previously as well ?

      Hi Debasish_Thakur I work with SaulReyes25. Teachers that we have assigned as staff are added under the guest role, and in addition, the application no longer allows us to modify the role, since that option appears blocked. Is it related to the problem?
