Customer names on phone application

Is there a way for the customer names to show up on the Bookings phone app (iPhone) in addition to the service they're signing up for? The only way my coworkers and I can currently see the names of customers is if we open Bookings on our computers, which is less convenient. Is this just a glitch in the app or is there something we can do to fix it?
