Customer display issue
Hello Everyone,
Does anyone have the Issue when a Scheduler creates a new customer, the name appears like in the picture? it does not happen when an admin creates a new customer. Looks like the middle name, prefix, etc... are added by default
Thanks,

Further update: This issue is now happening to me as well (admin), so seems to be spreading among our team.
A temporary workaround seems to be adding a blank space to the affected fields, this is time consuming but hopefully won’t be for long.
Fingers crossed Microsoft get this fixed soon.

FYI: I opened ticket #351384 with VPTI MSSS on June 6 (still no response), and I’m hoping they will escalate the issue to Microsoft.

We have the same problem here for some users even myself on my test account and I tried multiples solutions (clearing the cache, go by Teams or desktop app, modified the service for the custom fields ) but can't find anything to help users.

Another user in my shared page is now having this issue as well (that’s one admin, and one scheduler), thankfully it still working fine for me so far. I’ve submitted feedback to Microsoft through the bookings page, I’d recommend that everyone having this issue does the same - the more people that flag it the better (and I’m not sure how much notice they pay to forums 🤷♂️).

One of my colleagues is having the same issue on our shared bookings page, though she’s an admin not a scheduler. She had already entered a batch of new customers with no problems then it suddenly started doing this. She rebooted her system and tried a different pc but the issue is still there. It doesn’t happen on my login.
did you find a reason or solution?

Hi Brian,
No, we still have the issue.
we also have another issue as we are using Powershell API to create user's shared bookings for many users but adding user to a staff commnad line did not provide them the permission to open bookings. have to remove them and manually add them from backend bookings pages. Still see if anything else.
