Custom Schedule
Is there a way to set up a booking schedule that does not have a standard time increment between bookings? 7:10, 7:20, 7:30, 7:45, 8:30, 9:15, 9:45 and so on.
- marie-odileTCopper ContributorHi Jackie, there is a way using custom availability in the service. You would have to fix the service duration to the minimum lead time you have between you time increment (10 min. in that case) It is really cumbersome to set up but it works. We work in the same organization. I reach out to you privately to show you how.

FrancescaCC Hi, what you have to do is to configure specific availability for each time you can offer the service (see screen capture). And you have to repeat it for everyday that you offer it. In this example, the service duration was 10 minutes, because it was the shortest time between two different start time.
I acknowledge that this is not easy to maintain and it is more of a "workaround". But it works.
Cheers
