Confirmation texts are showing incorrect time.

We use microsoft bookings for schedule appointments for families to visit with their loved ones in nursing homes. We have been using it since April 2020 and just recently the confirmation texts are showing the time as 4 hours early. Example: Appt booked for noon, shows correctly on the calendar but the text to the family member will say 8am. We have all made sure
