Conference room Booking Using Microsoft Bookings?

We currently have 3 conference rooms in our office, and we are managing their bookings manually on papers. We want to switch to Microsoft Bookings to Streamline this Process. how can we setup Microsoft Bookings so that anyone can check the availability of the Conference rooms, see which slot is booked or free, and make their own bookings Accordingly.

Note : Currently We use business premium license
