Change the subject of a Booking
I have an educational situation where they Instructors need the ability to change the subject of the booking to include some custom answers. I've already tried to automate this but no luck. The Instructor has been making duplicate copies of the bookings in her calendar so she can update, but this is not ideal. Any suggestions?

- I found a solution - gave the Instructor editor permission to the booking calendar and added the booking calendar to outlook. She can now change the subject to her liking.
NancyW755 would be nice if the subject was useful by default and didn't have to be manually edited.
- BrianGregory - agreed. While I was able to see the custom field responses in the flow, I couldn't figure out how to extract it and update the calendar subject line. I'm sure its possible, just a bit over my head right now.
