Change Service Type for Customers

Is it possible to change the service type for a customer after they've created the booking? It's more for reporting/tracking. I'm getting customers choosing one type of service, but it's not actually the service that they're getting.

    Did you find a solution? I can't find anything online. This is needed, it is absurd we can't change the service.
