Change messagge appoiment

Hello.

In the Booking that we have created in the office, we have noticed that since last 08/17/2023 the information that arrives to the client by mail regarding the appointment he has requested, arrives with different formats.

 

Instead of having the information in Spanish, it arrives all in English format. Has something happened since that day?

 

On the other hand, in Microsoft Booking, when we see the information of the appointment, in the field Client's Notes, it has also been modified: before it showed the note that the client included in the box on the booking web page, and now it shows all the information of the appointment (name, telephone numbers, day of the appointment, time of the appointment, etc...).

 

Is this normal and is it happening globally?

    Hello. First of all thank you for the kind and quick response. I did what you indicated, and it seems to have worked. I have gone in each service changing the language from Spanish to English (save), and then from English to Spanish (save). What is still wrong is that in the client's Notes, the appointment information still appears, instead of the notes indicated by the client from the appointment web page. I hope this can be solved.     This problem exists since yesterday. (French > English in my case)
    There is one thing you can do...

    Set the language to English in the service. Save it. And then put the Spanish language again and save...
    This might solve your problem.
