Change how meetings appear in Bookings Calendar

Doriette Gauci@malta63 I have set up an appointment booking system with Microsoft Bookings for our Parent - Teacher Meetings. It seems to be working but all appointment entries appear identical on the teacher's calendar. I added a Custom question to enter the Student's name in the Booking Form. I would like it to show the Student's name on each appointment in the teacher's calendar. What can I do please?

Thank you for asking this question as I am having the same issue. Without the details - phone number, email address and notes - appearing in the calendar entry on Outlook the information is useless to me I have a sales rep out in the field who needs to be able to, in one click, get the client's phone number right from the calendar invite. Transferring views from Outlook to Bookings is possible on the fly.

malta63 To see the details (including responses to the custom questions) you need to look at your booking calendar (not your personal outlook calendar). It will show whatever they have entered as the "Name". If you double click on the appointment it will bring you to details, where you can see the responses to the custom fields.

SchoolSupport Thank you for your reply.  In fact If you double click on the appointment in both the Outlook Calendar or the TEAMS Calendar you can see the Custom field information.  I didn't get the 'Join' button for the meeting in the Bookings Calendar.

It would however be nice if you can customize the way the appointments show up in the calendar.  It would be more helpful for a teacher to see the name of the student rather than the name of the parent in a long list of appointments in her calendar.

malta63 I didn't know about clicking the outlook event showing the details including the custom fields. Thank you so much!
