Can Bookings use a specific form when posting to outlook calendar?

I'd like Bookings to use a specific user-created form when syncing new appointments to my outlook calendar.  The user form has a page with specific agenda items I use during the meeting, so it would be helpful to have it use the form automatically.  

Is this even possible??? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
