Can Bookings show Outlook Calendar Event details for Staff? (not just "Busy")

We have a Bookings calendar with "Events in Office Calendar Affect Availability" turned on - which brings in the Events from the staff member's Outlook calendar and displays them on the Bookings calendar. My managers are telling me that the Bookings calendar included the title and subject of the events, not just a generic "Busy" indicator. I've not seen any information online to suggest that the Bookings calendar will show the title of events from the Office/Outlook calendar. I've reviewed numerous settings for both calendar sharing, both from a user and from an admin point of view. I've reached the conclusion that it is not possible for the Bookings calendar to display the Title/Subject of Events that are imported from Office/Outlook calendars, but I am new to Bookings and wanted to see if someone with more experience new better.

Here is a screenshot - all these events are imported to Bookings from the staff member's Office/Outlook calendar. According to my users, this used to show more information, like the meeting title/subject, but now all imported events from Office have a generic "Busy". I've already set Exchange Sharing to allow details for both internal and external users, and I've also verified that each staff member has allowed details to be seen for their outlook calendars, even with specific sharing allowed for the Azure AD Bookings account related to think Bookings Calendar.

So, long story short, for those users that have "Events from Office calendar affects availability" turned on, is anyone actually able to see event details for those events being pulled from Office/Outlook? I'm guessing details will only be shown for actual Booking Events.

jmonda This isn't the problem sorry. It doesn't matter if set as an Admin or Staff in Bookings. Any "Bookings" from within the Bookings App (eg. Services) show up on the calendars fine (See coloured appointments below). It is the staff member's personal calendar bookings that only seem to show as Busy in Bookings regardless of what their calendar permissions are set as. If we view the Bookings calendar in Virtual Appointments App then the calendars show the titles and descriptions (as set by each staff member) but they don't in Bookings? Is there a known setting to change this or is it just the design of Bookings that is not permitting this?

Hope someone can help or advise thanks.

JeffAllen15 Hi we are having the same issue and cannot find an answer anywhere nor can we get any help from Microsoft so far.  Did you find a solution?

_mdv_ Items showing up as busy is from the user personal calendar. Try setting the calendar permissions to show up as reviewer for default option for a user and check if that does the trick. my default it will be set to availability only.

use set-mailboxfolderpermission -identity "email address removed for privacy reasons:/calendar" -user default and check if it is set to availability only or reviewer
