Break Glass for Calendar Access

I'm trying to determine what happens under the following scenario:

1. User creates a calendar and is hence an administrator
2. Adds some people with the viewer role
3. The creator user account gets deleted from AzureAD

What happens the calendar? Are we locked out of it from an administrative perspective?
