Bookings staff listing reported 2 different ways

Here's how the staff listing looks in the staff page -- 

And here's how the staff listing looks in the Calendar page:

It appears that the staff listing in the calendar assumes initials from the name, whereas the staff listing lets us assign initials for the bubbles.
