Bookings, share calendar + View events

Hi,

I have two questions regarding bookings.

1. Share the calendar as view public. In addition to the list over services. Including the possibility to book from the calendar view.

2.  Events should be added to the calendar. If I have an event every thursday 9am, it should be in the calendar view. Both the public view, if possible and the management view for bookings.
