Bookings not sending calendar invites to staff

Hello,

 

When a customer books an appointment, staff gets the email about the booking but no calendar invites are sent. This is leading to no event showing up on staff's calendar. 

 

About 2 weeks ago, this used to work where Bookings used to send two emails, one about appointment confirmation and a second about the calendar invite for the appointment. But the calendar invite is not coming anymore.

    I'm having the same problem as of 12-28, but we're in a pure M365 environment... the calendar invite isn't sending to our exchange online environment at all; no trace in calendar, inbox, or instance logs.

      Mine was resolved by the IT team at my org.
  • rohanuw the staff invite is auto accepted and it generally shows up in the staff calendar directly and you can see this in the deleted items folder as well. 

     

    If you can't see it in staff's calendar, can you please check if it is showing up in the "Deleted Items" folder in staff's mailbox?

     

    And can you please confirm if you are checking staff's Outlook (personal) calendar or in Bookings admin calendar? Is it not showing up in both the places?

     

    Can you please share your Bookings page URL over DM to me?

      Clarification
      Before, when an appointment was made, the following happened:

      - Two emails received on my Gmail

      - One to confirm

      - Second with meeting link (Google / Gmail detected this and created an entry on my Google Calendar automatically) - THIS IS NOT HAPPENING ANYMORE

      I understand if this is a Google issue, but why is this happening all of a sudden?

       

      Also, would appreciate any guidance on syncing Bookings calendar of each staff to their Google Calendars.
