Bookings Not Adding Teams Meetings for One Staff Member

Hello,

We are using Bookings for our parents to sign up for Parent-Teacher Interviews. We have been using it for the past few years.

When parents book with one of our teachers, the system does not provide a link. The settings for this teacher are exactly the same as every other teacher so I am not sure why this is happening.

How do I fix? And how do I add teams meetings to all of her current bookings without having to cancel what's already been booked.
