Bookings-Night Shift Hours

Hello, I am looking to use bookings to facilitate training courses.  Our entire agency has access to outlook as well as bookings.  A large number of our staff work night shift hours (1800-0600 hours, 6 pm to 6 am).  Our training will be using a similar night shift schedule, however, bookings does not allow me to schedule 'services' that span any length of time that goes past midnight/0000 hours. 

Is there a solution or workaround (or perhaps I'm doing something wrong?), or will I need to use a different service to schedule this training?
