Bookings Help: Single Event

I am unable to book a one-time event, even though I am scheduling weekly availability (recurring) as well as no availability on the Wednesdays that are before and following. However, what appears is no availability on June 15, which is not blocked off. I'd like to schedule one-hour long office hours once a month, in which employees may schedule 10-minute slots for the upcoming office hour (only).  Please help!
