Bookings for Clubhouse Reservation

Hi All -

Our community is looking to user Bookings a our clubhouse reservation tool. We have a room setup and want residents to be able to select the room as the user. When we put events on the room calendar it doesn't block the time from a resident being able to book at that time. Are we setting things up wrong?
