Bookings Calendar Not Showing

When I click on the Bookings icon in Outlook Web I get this and not my bookings page.

After I click Get Started I get this. After I click on Existing Booking Calendar my calendar is not listed.

There's nothing in the Message Center about issues with Bookings and the Road Map doesn't have anything to explain this behavior.

So, is my Booking Calendar now gone?
