Bookings and Microsoft 365 Basic Business licence

Hi,

I have a cutomer with Microsoft 365 Basic Business licences, Bookings is enable for his organization and Bookings is also enable at user level.

But when users go to https://outlook.office.com/bookings/homepage they got a message  :

"Thank you for choosing Microsoft Bookings. We recently changed our licensing model. If you can no longer access Bookings, please contact your administrator."

Documentation said

"Is Bookings available for my subscription?

Bookings is available with the following subscriptions:

- Office 365: A3, A5, E1, E3, E5, F1, F3, Office 365 operated by 21Vianet.

- Microsoft 365: A3, A5, E3, E5, F1, F3, Business Basic, Business Standard, Business Premium. You can use Bookings with an iOS and Android companion app. Bookings isn't available as a standalone app. Outlook Web App or Outlook on the web must be enabled to use Bookings, as it stores data within Outlook."

Outlook for the Web is enable at user level.

Thanks,

Cédric.
