Bookings- can a customer receive a Bookings notification to a non-outlook email?

Hello,

Issue when using Bookings.

A colleague (University) has made a booking an used a work email address @sydney.edu.au

Bookings has not sent her a confirmation email.

Can bookings send confirmations to work email addresses?
