Booking User creation filter applied

Hello everyone

We have created a booking page and i have the following problem, When i assign to a user a role, particularly the scheduler role, and the user sign in to the booking page at the left hand side the filters applied option is enabled and doesnt go away

Can you help please

The field label that is not clicked is the interview label and is clicked the Deleted services.
