Booking Slot Timing

Hi.. Im new to this booking platform. May i know at each timing, can i insert the maximum number of pax to make the booking. For example if I want to book a Gym slot at 8:00am (Max person I can hold is 3). Then when I make the booking, instead of typing 03 different names & email, can i book under one name and put in 03 pax
