Booking page shows availability when my personal calendar (subscribed) is blocked--need help asap!

Hello! I have a small, part-time consulting gig that has given me a Microsoft account, so that clients can book meetings with me. I am having two problems.

Problem 1: I subscribed to my personal calendar (Apple), and those events appear on my Microsoft Outlook calendar, but the booking page still shows me as available during those events. I know from an internet search that there was no workaround for this 18 months ago. Has anything changed? 

Problem 2: The events from the personal (Apple) calendar to which I have subscribed in Microsoft Outlook are all showing up either one or two hours later than they are scheduled. For example, on Sept. 17, my yoga class shows up at 12:30 instead of 10:30, but a doctor's appointment scheduled for 1:30 shows up at 2:30. I have checked at least 6 times that both calendars are set to Arizona time. Is there any way to fix this?
