Booking Page link doesn’t work in Bio (instagram)
Hello, I have a problem with the Bookingspage link on Instagram. I have posted the link from the bookings page in the Instagram bio.
Now when my followers want to book an appointment and click the link in the bio, they are redirected to https://outlook.office365.com/ and not https://outlook.office365.com/book/email address removed for privacy reasons and an error message appears. I have also tried a url shorter as well, unfortunately same problem. It worked for days without problems, now unfortunately not. Do you have an idea why it no longer works?
thanks for help

We have the same issue.- Babu_AlagarsamyMicrosoftcan you please DM the self-schedule page URL that is failing?
Is it failing when you load the page directly as well or only when it is linked in Instagram/LinkedIn/other apps?- maikel_70wCopper Contributorsame issue for me, I have not had access to my booking page since a few days ago from Instagram
- kandersen1240Copper ContributorHaving the same issue when using the link on LinkedIn. Really annoying, as it requires me to use Calendly for LinkedIn.

I'm having the same issue. And it seems like it's happening inconsistently with some folks and not others when I send a link via LinkedIN Message. Really annoying especially since LinkedIN is owned by Microsoft. kandersen1240

Any update on this. I have set the Book Appointment in LinkedIn and it loads a bookings page showing no availability then when you refresh the page it works ( no good for public facing). Seems to be related to the fact it inserts ?anonymous to the end of the URL and also tries to add the specific Booking Type without me adding it
